Property Stories
Retention isn't about what you build. It's about whether people actually use it. When our A/B test came back flat, we dug deeper and found the real signal: users who engaged with Stories returned nearly twice as often as those who didn't. The design work shifted from shipping a feature to getting people engaging with it.

Strengthening the Agent-Client Relationship
In real estate, a missed moment is a missed deal. Agents had no real-time visibility into client activity and no fast way to act on it. I designed two connected features: a Client Dashboard that surfaced what was happening, and Push Notifications that made it actionable in one tap. One system. Two problems solved.

Meet Yourself in the Moments You Usually Meet Alone
Somara | Personal Product Concept
Somara is the gentle, body-first companion that helps you notice, name, and respond to what your body is telling you, in the seconds when noticing matters most. When your chest goes tight in a meeting. When a hard conversation ends and you don't know why your jaw is clenched. It's not a replacement for therapy or for the people in your life. It's the thing that's there when they can't be.
